I have been screenwriting from 2007, beginning with computer game storyboarding (A games story boarder being my initial career goal as a late teen). I found games storyboarding to be quite overwhelming in honesty (having to learn computer games coding as part of the course, I could not keep up).

Later on, after going through some huge life changing events I developed a huge passion for screenwriting in which I have developed many feature length screenplays, 3 series and many shorts.
I have been applying for funding, but have realized that I would need more experience in the field of directing, production and editing before going through with directing any of my own films.
I will continue to write screenplays till my very end, finding new methods and techniques as film evolves, growing to adapt and create new methods/narratives/stories.

2015
2015 Education & Research: I will continue to self-educate by reading and giving reflective feedback on screenplays sent to me by others (who request proofreading/editing).Through this I will be learning from other writer’s techniques and mistakes which will help me to become a more improved writer in the future.I have been using resources available at my university in order to gain further understanding of this career role. Research consists of reading screenplays on the B.F.I archives (http://www.bfi.org.uk/archive-collections/introduction-bfi-collections/exploring-collections/special-collections) and researching and keeping up to date on screenplay news via the B.F.I on (http://www.bfi.org.uk/news/scripts-screenwriters), I will also follow closely other links such as BBC’s Writers room (http://www.bbc.co.uk/writersroom/ ) and
2015 Skills & Development: I am currently experienced in writing Drama, Sci-fi, Fantasy, Action, Political, Awareness, and Comedy genres within screenplays. I will try my hands on writing romance (possibly as a mixed hybrid with one of my stronger writing genre preferences). I will continue writing in order to take my screenwriting abilities to the next stage (The level of being recognized nationally as a screenwriter) where I could further display my creative writing abilities.I try to keep my writing skills in form by regularly writing short films (For Abby Jones Productions, which are then entered into competitions) and practicing other exercises – brainstorming, writing from themes/genres randomly chosen from a hat and watching British and American T.V shows (UK and US being my main focused target audience in this time being).Meeting new people, talking and listening has helped to reflect on my character developments and dialogue/action within my screenplays so has reading books and newspapers (which helps me develop original narratives, plots, twists and interesting storylines).I will continue to write screenplays till my very end, finding new methods and techniques, evolving along with film, growing to adapt and creating new, fresh and original methods, narratives and ways of telling stories.I have recently completed the final episode (Season 1) of my ‘Doctor Dark’ idea. This idea is a main part of my input towards the Summer Show (in which I am going to be showcasing the first episode of ‘Doctor Dark’.
2015 Financial goals: I am currently in the process of seeking funding for the following screenplays; 'Generation Of Mutants: Raptors Redemption' (Feature length Franchise – High level funding needed- http://marcus_springer.ideastap.com/Media/70bba8ff-9b8a-4b9f-a419-a2ec01109b8a/gom-generation-of-mutants-raptors-redemption , https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/generation-of-mutants-raptors-redemption - this campaign needs to be remade & http://www.filmproposals.com/raptor-new-world-revolution-independent-film-pitch.html#ixzz1mwMC7tih), 'Doctor Dark (Season 2, consisting of 12 Episodes - Mid-Low funding requirement), and 'P.O.V: Poverty Of The Valiant' (12 episode series which will potentially cover 8 seasons between now and 2025) – the latter ‘Doctor Dark & /P.O.V’ have incomplete campaigns which I will finalize within a few weeks.In this very moment funding is not the main goal as my main goal this year is to build up a reputation and be recognized enough to the point I can be considered a successful screenwriter.
2015 Industry progress: I am currently writing short films, feature length, TV series and rewrites for other screenwriters.
2015 Screenwriting aspirations: I aspire to win a screenwriting award by the end of this year I would like to gain interest from a T.V broadcast company or film studio; either with interest in producing one of my current screenplays or hiring me for my skills in order to write an original screenplay.
2015 Business goals: I aim to win some awards in film festivals that I have been entering my screenplays/short films into. I would like to gain some sort of recognition (preferably positive and influential) amongst some industry professionals in hope that this will attract them to my skills and create an interest.

2016
2016 Education & Research: I will continue to self-educate myself, using educational links such as Creative Skillset ( http://creativeskillset.org/creative_industries/film/job_roles/3078_screenwriter )I will keep up to date on what latest trending movie genres are being favored by audiences on a huge scale during this year, paying close attention to what writing techniques, kind of plots, and genres are being talked about and enjoyed he most. 2016 Skills & Development: I will continue to develop my skills in writing but will be writing on a more professional basis. Being part of a writer’s team under a well know company. My skills will have to improve to keep up with the other professionals I will be working with.I will continue to hone my writing skills, via research methods and self-learning. I may enter more screenwriting competitions and request feedback from professional script services/agencies. I will use most of my writing time in order to complete the 2nd instalment to my superhero franchise film ‘Generation of Mutants 2: Raptor’s Retribution’
2016 Financial goals: I aim to be working within a film/TV production company (ideally a more well-known company like Sony or the BBC) as an clerk/intern/office assistant) in order to gain production company experience, knowledge, credentials and to financially support myself, rather than working a part time retail job that will have no benefit to my career.I will also seek funding opportunities and an agent in regards to my own project aspirations.
2016 Industry progress: I aim to be working within a professional (TV/film company) environment by this year; office or production (preferred)
2016 Screenwriting aspirations: My highest aspiration would be to be able to receive a good amount of funding in order to take steps closer towards directing my own films and TV shows screenplays.
2016 Business goals: Further plans and investment will be put into my production company Savior Mediatricks Entertainment
2017
2017 Education & Research: I will continue to self-educate myself. I will enter screenwriting workshops in order to improve my screenwriting skills.I will continue with the more successfully discovered methods of research.
2017 Skills & Development: I will be at a high level of screenwriting and will be as versatile as to be able to successfully create a romantic film (romance being one of personal my less favored genres).I will be developing the 3rd installment of my feature length franchise ‘Generation of Mutants 3: Raptor’s Revolution’ and will have the 1st instalment ‘Generation of Mutants: Raptors Redemption’I will also have begun writing the 1st of 12 45 minute episodes (Series 2), of my British comedy drama series 'P.O.V: Poverty of the Valiant’, and ‘St Katherine: The Demon Hunter’ series.
2017 Financial goals: I will have some interest for funding of my sequel ‘G.O.M’ and more funding for my TV series ‘Poverty of the Valiant’.
2017 Industry progress: I will be working within the industry as an office, clerk or within a production studio. I will be seeking production assistant roles.
2017 Screenwriting aspirations: I will have at least one of my screenplays in professional production.I will also be onto the 3rd Season of ‘Doctor Dark’
2017 Business goals: By this time, I shall have at least 2 screenplays (Feature length/TV Series) in production for commercial visual purposes.Ideally I would like it to be my feature length superhero screenplay 'G.O.M - Generation of Mutants: Raptor's Redemption' in production (or at least in talks for funding).Saviour Mediatricks Entertainment will become a registered production company business

2018 Education & Research: I will continue to self-educate myself using the current ways I will have adapted to by from 2017 and attempt to perfect my craft through further experience, readings and industry research (surveys, market/narrative research etc.)
2018 Skills & Development: I will continue with my current methods in improving my skills and development
2018 Financial goals: I will actively seek funding for project ‘Doctor Dark’ season 2, ‘P.O.V’ and ‘G.O.M’ in order to begin steps to further production of my screenplays I will also earn a wage from working within a production company.
2018 Industry progress: I will continue to work within this industry and improve on my knowledge and potentially earn promotion to a more senior production role.Within the workplace I will pitch my ideas for potential creation.
2018 Screenwriting aspirations: I aspire to continue my screenwriting but aim to gain recognition for at least one or two of them by production companies.
2018 Business goals:‘Saviour Mediatricks’ will have been officially founded and registered as a business.I will invest heavily into this business using my wages from working in a production company.

2019 - 2020 Skills & Development: I will hone my skill to the maximum level I can during this time with much of my focus placed on directing and screenwriting.I will have some success from my past screenplays and will continue to develop as many quality films as possible within that timeframe. I will be able to say that I have developed a great deal by this stage.
2019 - 2020 Financial goals:

I wish to be paid a reasonable wage in both work and for my projects (via royalties, viewings etc.) I would like to be able to invest into making my own movies without having financial difficulties during or after production. I also would like to have enough to be able to produce these movies of the highest possible standard.

2019 - 2020 Industry progress: I will be able to say that I have reached some success in the industry and will be successful enough to be able to move to a higher position or a more independent one under my own company.

2019 – 2020 Screenwriter aspirations: I aim to be directing either my own franchise film screenplay ‘G.O.M: Raptor’s Redemption’ or another big budget blockbuster film/ TV show as well as working on the 2nd and 3rd instalments.I will now be well known and skilled enough to take on huge budget director roles and will be in the line-up for award nominations/success
2019 – 2020 Business goals: I will aim to open an official film studio with self-investment paid for using money earned from work and production incomings. My studio will have editing suits, productions studio spaces, floor spaces, high quality equipment, leisure activity spaces/ cafeteria, green screen, Special effects, a team of high caliber filmmakers, broadcast studio section, and administrative service/office. I intend to also start up my own TV program/channel and computer games design branches within the enterprise.My screenplays will play a huge role within my business (being one of the main sources of screenwriting material to be produced.

I have been able to see myself through to my final year of university, build my network/connections within the film industry and getting involved in as many projects as possible - including a freelance film company ‘Abby Jones Productions’, and my own freelance film company ‘Saviour Mediatricks Entertainment/Enterprise’.

I have been inspired by many Director/Screenwriter (hybrids), into directing my own screenplays (instead of selling them off).

This is because I would want to have full control of the visual aspect within filmmaking (preferring not to make too many unnecessary changes to my own stories).

I have been trying to improve and hone in on my filmmaking skills and knowledge required to become a director via university and self-practice.
I have had to opportunities to direct my own shorts with ‘Abby Jones Productions’, in which we have entered into competitions...

2015 Skills & Development:

I am currently experienced in directing low budget films and within Cass TV, WE MAKE FILM and Abby Jones Productions Companies.
I am building up my skills in and out of university in order to gain experience on both sides.

I will continue to direct and fund my own films and harness my skills to meet the standards required for professional and commercial films/shows.

2015 Financial goals:

I do not have many financial goals apart from a sustainable living wage this year, as my main target is to gain experience and learn as much as possible to gain a reputation in a positive manner. I feel if I rush into jobs that are too much for me to handle in this current moment of time, it would be harder to jump into a huge budget movie with the limited experience I have.

2015 Industry progress: I have progressed to a student (potential graduate) level within filmmaking with a number of low budget short films under my belt.
2015 Directing aspirations: I aspire to win a short film award by the end of this year in the field of directing. I would like to gain interest from a T.V broadcast company or film studio; either with interest in reproducing one of my current films or hiring me for my skills in order to write an original screenplay.I also aspire to be selected as an assistant director under a more experience director by the end of this year.
2015 Business goals: I would aim to win some awards in film festivals that I have been entering my short films into. 2017 Skills & Development: I will continue with my plan from 2016 in boosting my skills and I will continue with my 2016 plan in getting involved in as many projects as possible (Freelance or paid).
2017 Financial goals: I will attempt to launch many funding campaigns for my projects ‘G.O.M and P.O.V whilst receiving payment from my production role job. I will be aiming for promotion in the near future in order to build more financial stability/availability towards my projects.I may also write a few screenplays with the intention of selling them to studios and companies.
2017 Industry progress: I will continue with the same plan as in 2016, but will also try to take further steps into the industry. Possibly with promotion to more responsible/senior job roles in the production company I will be working for.
2017 Direction aspirations:

I will be selected to direct a film of important stature in the future due to my future (2016) acknowledgment via short film festival award/connection.

2017 Business goals:Saviour Mediatricks will be running on a semi-professional basis; I will offer my services for a reasonable varied charge depending on my experience, knowledge, and quality and skill level.

2018 Education & Research:

2018 Skills & Development: These will be an improvement on what my skills will be at 2017 as I will continue to practice, enter workshops, read and write for others.

2018 Industry progress: This will follow from my plan in 2017 and will progress towards improving my position in my production company role.
2018 Direction aspirations: I will have been chosen to direct or assist on high budget projects. I will find a project that is relevant to raising some sort of awareness in order to become an influential figure in film and TV.
2018 Business goals: Saviour Mediatricks Entertainment will now offer equipment and studio hire to professional within a small rented accommodation. This will offer green screen, on set location and equipment and skill hire.I may have one or two others as part of my company.

5. 2019 - 2020

2019 – 2020 Education & Research:

I will continue to self-educate myself in the latest methods of directing within these years. I will continue to research the practical methods and attend festivals and award ceremonies on a regular basis in order to stay relevant and remembered by other filmmakers.
I will research creative Skillset on the following section and experiment with different ways into the industry.

2019 – 2020 Skills & Development: By now I will now be regarded as a high level director who is in constant work. I would like to have completed the directing and production of my franchise film ‘Generation of Mutants: Raptor’s Redemption’ and will be into my 3rd season of my series comedy: ‘P.O.V: Poverty of the Valiant’
