If you have a current wanted status, by comiting crimes, refusing to cooperate with authorities, Skipping court, Illegal association,  and refusing to donate to the B.M.C.G.

Authorities, bounty hunters, civilians and Heroes may try to put a stop to your reign.

Depending on your luck, you may be tricked by random civilians who are interested in the bounty, by arranging ambushes.
There is a chance for a high level B.M.C.G/G.O.M/G.G.F Police/Hero clan raid on your base - which depends on your team standing.

Arrest takes place after surrender, if caught napping, after knock out or by being trapped by Anti-Genome.E Tech.

The level and members of the raid group depends on the level of crime comited. If the raid is on a base or group related, involved companions (Player/NPCs)  can either escape, win on your behalf or turn you in.

You can escape (and delay your arrest), bribe your way out of a wanted level or by fighting your way out, but unless bribed, 
Lower level crimes are usually wavered/result in NFA if not evaded for long enough, but could be brought/stacked up against you and provide bad character references if placed on trial for another future crime.
 

Fines, Bans, revealing of identity and  Blacklisting are possible consequences

You are free to go but you may still have to clear your name among the media/population via heroic actions or press conferences/media appearances

Court trials are conducted in the traditional manner

Video playback or NPC witness and the alleged victim will give evidence against you and you may have to defend yourself via Speech or by releasing personal digitech video feed.

In online active mode, Other player characters summon to Jury service can review and judge the accused crime.

If the player's career role is as a judge, or lawyer, they can view full GPS map satellite recordings of the incident, listen to witness/defense, command order in the court and make appropriate judgement
