After falling into severe dementia and schizophrenia, in his human years (2 years before 2020 - the year of the Genetic mutation on humans of Earth), After his heroic days in the battlefield, Cyril Franklin was a classy classic racist old neighbour who used to verbally abuse the kids in his estate. He had to grow to become more tolerant after his Daughter Suzie Franklin married a black man (who went on to become the sinister and inhumanely curious Doctor Creedo© (the B.M.C.G's very own Dr Frankenstein).
After the two became more fond of each other, Doctor Creedo began to see the father figure in Cyril and vice versa.
After the loss of his daughter, Cyril began falling into severe mental illness (after his fight against P.T.S.D) and grew mentally ill, Traveling to Iraq to commit murders, in belief that the war was still ongoing. After amazingly traveling back undetected, he returned to his home and relearned of his hatred towards the kids of the estate. Over 8 weeks he committed the murders of 16 children/young men and in his final act of desperado, calmly walked into a kids playground to inspect his hidden/plotted homemade explosive in which he failed to detonate remotely. He then attempted to chase them with a large knife, before returning for his device. unknowingly the device was active but a lot of fluid had spilled out. He heard a beeping on his remote detonator and in attempting to roll the bomb away was caught in the smaller than expected blast, taking out his lower half and his hand/arms.
He was treated as an extreme emergency, due to police connecting him as a prime suspect behind the Landawn Murders and was taken on by an at the time insignificant B.M.C.G © for their medical body enhancement/recovery trials which ended up with them creating a biomechanical pod, which attaches directly to his bloodstream, respiratory digestive system. He received support from his Son-in-law and won the trial on the basis of being deemed mentally unstable and unsuitable to stand trial (with help from the B.M.C.G and Dr Creedo), and was placed in a mental health institute under the B.M.C.G security/Medical divisions

Doctor Creedo© and Nurse Meryll© of the B.M.C.G run the medical research and enhancement departments using Dr creedos gifted boost of genetic intelligence and Nurse Meryll's Medical and scientific history, they are behind the creation and enhancement projects including Solarflare©, Solaray©, Project Cell'n'Bone©, The Animal Kingdom's team Mammal© and many other inhumane cell enhancement projects.
Their high demmand for test subjects has create a government system of control in which Genome.E celled humans living in poverty are usually recruited or kidnapped (these are known as rogues and usually consist of the homeless, poverty stricken, orphans, those involved in crime etc). The system put in place suggests, any Genome who ues their powers without a B.M.C.G membership/license will be branded as terrorists, which includes non-lethal/effective abilities.

The previously deceased daughter of Cyroid© and wife of the B.M.C.G's most valued scientist/doctor Doctor Creedo.
She died a few months before the (2020) Genome.E phenomenon. Doctor Creedo, unable to cope with her passing (after falling into a coma) was cryogenically froze her in order to find a method to bring her back to life by her devastated husband.
After the mutant transformation of humans on Earth, Doctor Creedo developed cell and material altering abilities and Cyroid© (who was released into B.M.C.G custody after being imprisoned for terrorism/mass murder acts after developing abilities) had gained the ability to combine his body with any kind of technology and create 10 foot plus drones of abomination called Cyroid cells©
After Cyroid's 3rd defeat at the hands of Armourgeddon© and Onemanarmy©, he discovered his ability to create multiple Cyroid Cells and with the ability of independent thought. Doctor Creedo then unveiled her to Creedo explaining his intentions and developing an idea; infusing her body with internal mechanics, essentially creating a android out of her body. On activation, it appeared that her brain functions was still inactivate and she remained in a robotic-like state though her enhanced heart was reanimated and functional. They discovered that despite her death, her body had developed mutated Genome.E cells which had a similar trademark to her fathers (Cyroid). It was when Cyroid introduced his cells to her body that things took a turn for the worse.
Her brain reactivated and she returned, but not as herself but as Rampage© instead, due to the fact that the Cyroid Cells were now able to think independently. Rampage, grew a mind of her own becoming more and more angry and aggressive by the day until snapping and going on a rampage once every week in her mutated unstoppable steampunk-winged Biomechanical form killing hundreds in her path. Doctor Creedo regretted her recreation but her father Cyroid demanded that she was left activated by Creedo as he felt indifferent about his daughters behaviour/altered personality and loved her as much before her previous death. In learning that armourgeddon was an enemy of her fathers, she grew a deep rivalry for her and prioritised her as a target. It was then up to Armourgeddon to stop her reign of terror on several occasions and finally once and for all (so it seemed)

Blitzkrieg© formerly imprisoned by the B.M.C.G© for being unable to control his mystical powers. He was eventually tamed and enhanced by the B.M.C.G's© Doctor Creedo© and sent in to test his powers via hunting the heroic Onemanarmy© and being able to release devastating hellflame blasts from his eyes/mouth.
His third eye on his chest enables him to shut down all senses with a single blink.
Overkill

Overkill© - G.O.M© Previously of the (Generation of Mutants©). He is the Son of Doctor Creedo© and currently missing in action.
After being taken in by the G.O.M© after falling to severe G.S.S© (Genome Soul Syndrome©) and growing a severe split personality disorder, he leaves the G.O.M© in order to fulfil the evil intentions of his inner demon (with his good side forcing him to leave before full manifestation. The Cancer affecting his whole head lower legs and arms begin to form a metallic outer skull/helmet and spike-like protrusions which are more than effective in combat. He does not require food or water, only dark matter and energy.
He then becomes wary of his position in the world, and begins his quest in taking down the worlds most powerful Genome.E's as sport. He then sets his eyes on Raptor's© children Wraith© and Wyvern©. He has also travelled back in time in order to take attempt to assassinate Raptor©, Dragon© and Radnip© to remove Wraith© and Wyvern© and any other threats from the timeline
